Ball Badminton Racket

Racquets are used to hit a shuttlecock through a net in the racquet sport of badminton. The most popular versions of the game are “singles” and “doubles,” which are played with one player on each side, though bigger teams may also participate (with two players per side). The sport of badminton is frequently played informally outside in yards or on beaches; competitive matches are held on a rectangular indoor court. A point is obtained by hitting the shuttlecock with the racquet and having it land in the court’s other half.
